Responsibilities
- Drive overall growth strategy for the whole organization by being a strong deputy for the country head.
- Lead a team of digital leads for digital commerce.
- Identify growth opportunities in Modern trade, build & deploy growth plans.
- Support IDT team leader in driving the IDT growth strategy.
- Be the key decision maker on investment prioritization and deployment
Requirements
- Should have worked in multinational FMCG companies.
- Customer marketing experience, Front line sales and Brand marketing experience/Ecommerce will be an advantage.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, coach and provide feedback and leading the team on the path of growth is extremely important.
- Trade Understanding, Promotional Effectiveness, Business and Financial Analysis, Digital Marketing (added bonus).
